TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Our Technical Department compromises of approximately twenty (20) persons who are trained in the installation, operation and maintenance of the electronic security systems we sell. When it comes to Electronic Security, we have the most experienced and loyal technical staff in the island, many of whom have been with us in excess of 10 years.

All our technicians are trained in-house to meet Hawkeye's high technical and customer service standards, to ensure that our customers are dealt with in a prompt, courteous and professional manner. Our Senior Technicians also receive factory training overseas in specialized areas and systems from our overseas partners.
