What payment options do you offer?
Payment of invoices can be done in several convenient ways such as Telescotia, TeleMidas, N.C.B. E-Link, Bill Express, PayMaster, Debit or Credit Cards and of course by cheques.

Can my bills be emailed to me?  
Upon providing an email address, your bills can be sent electronically

What is the billing mode?
Invoices for monitoring fees are generated on a quarterly basis, i.e. every three months, 4 bills per year. All other services are billed upon completion of the job(s). 

When is payment due?
Payment of monitoring fees is due by the 15th day of the 1st month of each quarter. All other service bills are due upon receipt.

Can I pay monthly?
Monthly payments are welcome. When submitting same, simply detach the remittance copy located at the bottom of your invoice and indicate the amount enclosed. This will help to keep your account current and ensure that payments are applied to the correct invoice.

Do you offer discounts for senior citizens?
Special rates are available for retired pensioners. Conditions apply. 

What does the word “recurring” on your Statement refer to?
This term refers specifically to the monitoring fees that “recur” every three (3) months.
